As with anything, try hair supplements to see how they work for you and your body. Everyone’s hair is different and what may work for you, may not work for someone else. The important thing to remember is to balance a healthy hair care regimen with a clean diet to attain long, healthy strands and use any hair supplements as an aid and not the only means for your hair goals.
